RETURN POLICY

Due to the digital nature of presets, the custom production of prints, and the made-to-order process of our T-shirts, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on the following:

• Digital presets (delivered instantly upon purchase)

• Art prints (custom printed per order)

• T-shirts (made-to-order and produced only after purchase)

Please ensure your order is accurate before checking out. For clothing, refer to the size chart provided.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this website and purchasing from OFF SHORE NZ, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Products Available

We currently offer:

• Digital Presets

• Art Prints

• Made-to-Order Apparel (e.g. T-shirts)

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are displayed on the site and may change without notice.

2. Digital Presets

• Results will vary depending on your image, lighting, and camera

• Final edits may require tweaking

• All preset sales are final and non-refundable

3. Prints

• Printed upon order with expected variation in color or texture

• All sales are final

• No returns or refunds

4. Apparel (Made-to-Order T-shirts)

Your tee will take up to 10 business days to be made and shipped to your door.

Why Made-to-Order?
This product is made especially for you. By producing each item only after it's ordered, we help reduce overproduction and eliminate unnecessary waste.
This is a more sustainable and thoughtful way to shop — thank you for supporting the planet and small creators like OFF SHORE NZ.

Refunds and Exchanges
Because we do not carry bulk stock in various sizes, exchanging an item means restarting the full production process. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on apparel.
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

5. Payment & Billing

• Prices are in NZD and exclude taxes or shipping

• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

• Delivery times are estimates only

• You will receive tracking info once your item ships

7. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and digital products are the property of OFF SHORE NZ and may not be copied or distributed without permission

8. Usage Rights

• Prints are for personal use only

• Presets may be used for personal or commercial use, but may not be resold or redistributed

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, delays, or dissatisfaction resulting from use of our products, shipping issues, or third-party service delays

10. No Refunds

• Presets are non-refundable

• Prints are non-refundable

• Apparel is made-to-order and non-refundable

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Please review periodically

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed under New Zealand law. Disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts
